If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed, allow up to 2 extra business days and check your tracking link. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please wait an additional 3 business days, then contact us at info@smithandclarke.com with your order number.
Our fulfillment partners operate from multiple warehouses.
All UK orders are shipped from our partner warehouse in Zhejiang, China.
Processing takes 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the courier and your location.
All shipments include tracking, with final delivery handled by Royal Mail or DPD.
