- Order Processing: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping Time: 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Free Delivery: Available for all orders within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing it. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking details so that you can monitor your delivery.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your delivery address.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Our fulfillment partners operate from multiple warehouses. Most UK orders are shipped from our partner warehouse in Zhejiang, China, and in some cases, items may also be dispatched from other international facilities to ensure product availability.
Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday - Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@smithandclarke.com
as soon as possible. Once processing begins, we can no longer cancel the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@smithandclarke.com. We will review the case promptly and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged items.
