Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve started processing it. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday). We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday - Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Cancellations

 as soon as possible. Once processing begins, we can no longer cancel the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@smithandclarke.com. We will review the case promptly and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged items.
